Terms & Conditions — pklakh Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pklakh ("pklakh", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and govern all aspects of your relationship with pklakh, including but not limited to account registration, gameplay, financial transactions, participation in promotions, and use of the website available at pklakh.club and any associated mobile applications or services.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with pklakh's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms an integral part of the agreement between you and pklakh. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise explicitly stated.

pklakh reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pklakh will provide reasonable notice by email to your registered address or by an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written and interpreted in English. Any translation provided is for convenience only and does not constitute a legally binding version. In the event of any inconsistency between the English text and any translated version, the English text shall prevail.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and pklakh with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

By registering a pklakh account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of pklakh is lawful in the territory from which you access the platform.

2.1 Age Verification

pklakh operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process. During or at any time after registration, we may request documentary proof of your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of your account and any pending withdrawal requests.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

pklakh primarily serves players resident in Bangladesh. Players must access the platform only from territories where online casino and sports betting activities are not explicitly prohibited under local law. pklakh does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where the provision of online gaming services is specifically prohibited. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws before registering or using the platform.

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) to open a player account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a pklakh employee or partner studio.
• You must not have a previously suspended or permanently closed pklakh account.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register applicable to pklakh at the time of registration.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual player may hold exactly one account on pklakh. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If pklakh detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, any bonuses claimed will be voided, and any winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and the mobile number associated with your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pklakh login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party and must not allow any other person to access the platform through your account. All transactions and gameplay conducted through your account will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated them.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify pklakh support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not store your password in unencrypted form or share it via messaging applications.

pklakh will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from pklakh requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Currency

All pklakh player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, wager requirements, and account balances are displayed and processed in BDT. Amounts stated in these Terms in monetary terms are in Bangladeshi Taka unless otherwise explicitly stated.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pklakh facilitates deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed and approved on the platform at the time of transaction. Supported methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary over time; pklakh reserves the right to add or remove payment options at its discretion with reasonable notice where practicable.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper limit on deposits, though pklakh reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation for deposits above certain thresholds as part of our anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. Deposits are credited to your pklakh account promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. pklakh is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits (i.e., funds sent from an account registered to another person) are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made using fraudulently obtained funds will be reversed upon detection and the account suspended.
• pklakh does not charge a transaction fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. pklakh aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of approval on average; however, processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, during KYC review, or where additional fraud checks are required. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

pklakh reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before approving any withdrawal. You may be required to submit a copy of your NID, a selfie, and/or a screenshot confirming ownership of the destination payment account. Failure to provide the requested documentation within 72 hours may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and returned to your pklakh account balance.

4.3 Anti-Money-Laundering Policy

pklakh operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. Players are not permitted to use the pklakh platform for any transaction unrelated to genuine gaming activity. Depositing funds without the intent to place wagers — commonly known as "money laundering through a gaming platform" — is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities. pklakh monitors all account activity for unusual transaction patterns and reserves the right to freeze and investigate any account suspected of AML violations.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

pklakh offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including the wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, maximum bonus amount, and expiry period. These general Terms apply to all bonuses in addition to any promotion-specific conditions.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page before you opt in. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; failure to do so will result in the bonus balance and any associated winnings being removed from your account at expiry.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

pklakh actively monitors bonus usage patterns. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer, placing low-risk hedging bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting a technical error in a promotion — is strictly prohibited. Where bonus abuse is detected, pklakh reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse any winnings generated from that bonus, and suspend the relevant account.

• Each welcome bonus is available once per household, IP address, device, and payment account.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering completion process.
• pklakh reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• In-play sports bets, certain game types, or bets placed with odds below specified thresholds may be excluded from wagering requirement contributions — refer to each promotion's specific terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on pklakh — including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and RNG table games — are governed by individual game rules provided by their respective studios. These rules are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to the applicable game rules as published by the game provider. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall govern the commercial relationship between you and pklakh, while the game provider's rules govern gameplay mechanics.

6.1 Random Number Generation & Certified Fairness

All RNG-based games on pklakh use certified random number generation technology provided by our partner studios. Game outcomes are statistically independent of previous results. pklakh only partners with studios whose RNG systems have been independently audited and certified by recognised testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent long-run statistical averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, pklakh will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly based on the available game state at the time of the error. pklakh reserves the right to void any game round that cannot be reliably completed due to a technical fault. Neither pklakh nor its game providers will be liable for losses caused by force majeure events, server outages, or internet connectivity failures on the player's side.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting odds and markets on pklakh are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Bets placed after the official start of an event without explicit in-play market designation may be voided at pklakh's discretion. All results are determined by the outcome of the official governing body of the relevant sport (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, ITF for tennis). pklakh's decision on the settlement of all bets is final.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using pklakh, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the integrity of the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, miscalculated odds, or software glitch to derive an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using pklakh to launder funds obtained through illegal activity or to conduct transactions unrelated to genuine gambling activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider for a deposit that was genuinely made to your pklakh account. Any account associated with a fraudulent chargeback will be immediately suspended.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, offensive, or discriminatory language toward pklakh support staff or other players in any communication channel.

pklakh employs a range of fraud detection and behavioural monitoring tools. Accounts flagged for any of the above behaviours will be subject to investigation. During an investigation, the account may be temporarily restricted, and withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending the outcome. pklakh's determination following an investigation is final, though players may submit a formal complaint via the dispute resolution process described in Section 8.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Either party may initiate account closure at any time. If you wish to close your account, please contact [email protected] stating your intention clearly. pklakh will process your account closure request promptly. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure (excluding voided bonuses) will be returned to your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account within a reasonable processing period, provided all KYC and AML requirements have been met.

8.1 pklakh-Initiated Suspension

pklakh reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, AML concerns, provision of false information, abuse of bonuses, regulatory requirements, or conduct that is deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may request a self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion options range from a minimum cooling-off period of 30 days to permanent account closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, deposit funds, or participate in any games or promotions. 8.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of pklakh's services, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. pklakh commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days. All disputes are handled in English. pklakh's decision on any complaint submitted in accordance with this process represents our final position and is binding on both parties absent manifest error or fraud.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pklakh's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. pklakh is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence.
